A Winston woman was taken to a hospital following a single vehicle wreck early Thursday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at around 12:30 a.m. the 20-year was driving eastbound on Doerner Road when her vehicle went off the right side of the highway on a left-hand curve. The driver then over corrected and went off the left side of the roadway and into the ditch.

The report said at some point the sedan rolled or flipped and hit a gravel dump trailer parked on the side of the road. The woman was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center, via ambulance.
