A Roseburg man was jailed following an alleged trespass incident on Tuesday.

Information from RPD said just before 10:30 a.m. the 35-year old from Winston called the 911 emergency line three times with no legitimate emergency. The man was given a warning by dispatch but continued to call. The man was on the property of a store in the 1500 block of West Harvard but also refused to leave, after being told to do so several times.

Charges included improper use of the emergency communications system and for second degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $7,500.
