COVID-19 CLAIMS 6 MORE LIVES, STATE DEATH TOLL AT 322 AS OF FRIDAY

COVID-19 has claimed 6 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 322 as of Friday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 373 new confirmed and presumptive cases, bringing the state death toll to 18,492. The new cases include:

*77 in Multnomah County

*45 in Washington County

*44 in Marion County

*40 in Umatilla County

*22 in Clackamas County

*20 in Morrow County

*18 in Yamhill County

*17 each in Lane and Jackson counties

*12 in Malheur County

*9 in Deschutes County

*8 in Klamath County

*6 each in Jefferson, Lincoln and Polk counties

*5 in Linn County

*3 each in Douglas, Baker, Benton and Hood River counties

*2 each in Crook, Union and Wasco counties

*1 each in Gilliam and Josephine counties

The new deaths range in age from 55 to 90. 2 each lived in Multnomah and Deschutes counties with 1 each in Umatilla, and Lincoln counties.
