NO NEW CONFIRMED CASES, 2 NEW PRESUMPTIVE CASES OF COVID-19 IN DOUGLAS COUNTY AS OF FRIDAY

There are no new confirmed cases and 2 new presumptive cases of COVID-19 in Douglas County as of Friday.

An update from the Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team said the total number of confirmed cases remains at 40, with 5 presumptive cases. 1 person remains hospitalized and 11 are in isolation. There have been zero deaths. 5,146 people have tested negative for COVID-19 in the county.

The Douglas Public Health Network will have its next drive through testing clinic next Tuesday July 7th. Patients without a provider that are looking for a COVID-19 test should go to the Sutherlin Aviva Health Clinic at 459-3788.

The local COVID-19 Hotline remains open seven days a week for those with questions about the virus. Call 464-6550 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
