Roseburg could see the hottest day of the year so far, on Friday, and its will likely break the record high temperature for the date.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service in Medford are expecting the mercury to get near 90 degrees at the Roseburg Regional Airport. The record for the date is 84 degrees, which was set in 1939.
The warmest day so far this year was April 9th when the high in Roseburg was 79 degrees
Temperatures should cool to the mid 80’s on Saturday and drop to 80 by Sunday. There is a chance of rain by Monday.
