STATE POLICE ASKING FOR PUBLIC ASSISTANCE IN WASTE CASE

Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife Troopers are asking for help from the public in finding the person or persons responsible for shooting and leaving to waste a fork-horn buck on October 5th.

Captain Tim Fox said a preliminary investigation revealed that the deer was shot once on Panther Creek Road, a spur road in south Douglas County.

Those with information can call it in and remain anonymous. A Turn-In-Poachers reward will be offered for information leading to a citation or an arrest in the case.  Call Senior Trooper Baimbridge directly at Oregon State Police in Roseburg: 541-817-4473.
