Oregonians are weighing in on whether or not to levy a 1.5 percent temporary assessment on insurance companies, some hospitals, and other insurance and health care providers.
Ballots need to be returned by 8:00 p.m. January 23rd. They can be mailed in or taken to one of a number of drop boxes located around Douglas County.
