A 43 year old man was arrested for drug possession at a high school on Tuesday night.
Sergeant Brad O’Dell of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says at about 11:00 p.m. deputies were dispatched to Yoncalla High School for a report that three adults were trespassing on school property.
O’Dell says the subjects were found near the dugouts on a school field. Nathan Wilmarth of Yoncalla along with a 45 year old Drain man and a 23 year old Yoncalla woman were contacted.
Wilmarth was allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine and heroin. He was taken into custody and transported to the Douglas County Jail where he was charged with unlawful possession of both drugs and for a probation violation. Nathan Wilmarth is being held without bail.
The other two people contacted were interviewed and then released.
