A Roseburg man is in the Douglas County Jail on theft and other charges.
Information from the Roseburg Police says at about 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday officers responded to a location in the 1800 block of Mulholland. The report says that someone had cut the fence to the property and took several sets of new tires. 45 year old Michael Louche was developed as a suspect and admitted to the theft, as well as a previous theft at the same location, according to the report.
Louche also admitted to selling a set of the tires to a local business. He is charged with two counts of first degree theft, one count of second degree theft, and second degree counts of both criminal mischief and criminal trespass. Louche is being held on $108,750 bail.
