A Winston woman went to jail after being arrested for DUII twice in just over 90 minutes.
A report from the Roseburg Police says that Saturday morning at about 1:00 a.m. an officer stopped the woman for a traffic violation in the 2400 block of Diamond Lake Boulevard. The woman allegedly displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUII. About 30 minutes later the woman was released from jail and returned to a parking lot on Diamond Lake Boulevard to retrieve her car. At about 2:30 a.m. the woman was stopped again and still displayed signs of impairment according to the officer.
This time she was arrested for DUII-alcohol, for making an improper right turn and for not having an operator’s license. She was taken to the Douglas County Jail but has since been released from custody.
