A 22 year old transient is in the Douglas County Jail on four charges.
A Roseburg Police report says that Dillan Vannucci was reported to be inside a store, in a very intoxicated state at about 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The report claims the man was physically harassing employees, and when a manager asked him to leave, the man became very aggressive. The man left the store but returned a few minutes later and was allegedly trying to get inside the cars of customers. He was said to be uncooperative with the responding officer but was detained without incident.
The report says he then tried to kick the officer and went on to break off an interior door handle in the patrol car.
Dillan Vannucci was charged with two second counts of second degree criminal trespass, and for disorderly conduct. He is being held on over $11,000 bail.
